300 ml santen
banana leaves
1 jeruk purut leaf

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos
2 kemiri nuts
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Chop the meat finely. Mix all ingredients well. Divide the mixture into small portions and wrap it in banana leaves and close it with the biteng. Then steam until cooked.
