Ayam Bakar Rica
Red roasted very spicy chicken

6 chicken thighs
1/2 tbps lemon juice
1 tsp salt
100 ml of water
2 tbsp of oil

13 red lomboks
7 red rawits
8 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
2 cm jahe/ginger
1 tomato
1/2 theel trassi/shrimp paste

Cara Mebuat:
Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and fry it light brown. Then slowly add the water while stirring until the sauce has thickened. Then roast/grill the chicken over a charcoal fire and bask the chicken regularly with the sauce.
