Tumis Ayam dan Kacang Mede

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g chicken breast
4 dried chilies
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150g cashew nuts
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons oil

1 tbsp chopped spring onion
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the dried chilies into thin slices, the chilies in slanting rings, the garlic into thin slices, the meat into bite-size pieces and the spring onion into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and the garlic and dried chilies for 1 minute. Add the chicken and fry it brown. Add the chilies and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the oyster sauce, the kecap, the palm sugar, the cashew nuts and the spring onions. Mix well and fry for another 2 minutes until done. Sprinkle the spring onion on top and serve.
