Buntut Masak Cabai Hijau
oxtail with green pepper sauce

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
750 g oxtail, cooked
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
5 jeruk purut leaves
1 tsp salt
300 ml of water
3 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
10 green cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
5 green lomboks
3 green tomatoes
2 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the oxtail into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the jeruk purut for 6 minutes. Then add the meat and mix well. Then add the water and cook until soft and until the sauce thickens.
