fried chicken in a butter-kecap sauce

600 gr chicken thighs
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
100 gr of flour
1/2 tbsp tapioca flour
1/2 tsp salt

Bahan sauce:
Ingredients sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 onion
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp worcester sauce

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into strips. Crush the garlic and for the sauce, finely chop the garlic. Cut the onion into thin slices.
Mix the meat with the garlic, salt and lime juice and leave for 20 minutes. Mix the flour, tapoca and salt and coat the the chicken with it.
Heat in a pan plenty of oil and fry the chicken golden brown and cooked and set aside.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the salt, the pepper and the palmsugar and mix well. Then add the kecap and the worcester sauce and mix well. Then add the chicken and mix everything well. Serve.
