Sup bayam Labu Kuning
spinach soup with pumpkin
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr spinach
150 gr Labu Kuning (yellow squash)
1 red tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1000 ml chicken broth (see recipe)
1 tbsp
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ground pepper
3 cm kunyit, roasted
1 cm jahe
8 red lomboks

1 tbsp bawang goreng
1 stalk celery
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the pumpkin and tomato into small pieces. Chop the celery fine.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the broth, tomato, salt and sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the spinach and the pumppkin and simmer until everything is tender. Ladle the soup into bowls and sprinkle the bawang goren and celery on top
