fried rice noodles in kecap sauce
Ingredients:
425 gr dried wide rice noodles
225 gr pork
7 cloves garlic
600 gr broccoli, carrots, mushrooms
4 eggs
6 tbsp oil
Ingredients sauce:
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp kecap manis
2 tbsp kecap asin
2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp black pepper
Preperation/method:
Cut the meat into thin slices and the vegetables into small parts. Soek the noodles in luke warm water for 15 minutes. Beat the eggs and slice the garlic fine. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.
Heat in a wok 4 tbsp oil and add the garlic and the meat and fry this for 2 minutes. Then add the noodles and fry these for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and fry it for 5 minutes. Add the sauce and mix it well. Move it to one side and add the remainig oil. add the eggs and fry it for 1 minute. Then mix it all and fry it until done and serve.
