Telur Masak Belacan
fried eggs with shrimp paste

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
6 eggs
1 red tomato
2 green tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
5 jeruk purut
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
4 tablespoons oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 red chilies
4 red rawits
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp shrimp paste bakar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan sufficient water and boil the eggs until hard. Cool off the eggs and remove the skin. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the eggs brown. Let the eggs drain on kitchen paper and halve them.
Chop the tomatoes coarsely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the jeruk purut and tomatoes and fry gently. Then add the eggs with the salt, palmsugar and lime juice and mix well. Then add water and cook slowly until done.
