Sup Jagung Udang Kecipir
corn soup with shrimp and beans

500 gr sweetcorn
200 gr shrimps, peeled
100 gr potatoes
50 g kecipir / wing bean
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 cm jahe/ginger
1 sprig of celery
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tspn salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
1200 ml chicken broth (see recipe)
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the corn kernels from cobs. Dice the potatoes. Cut the shallots, the garlic and the kecipir into thin slices. Finely chop the spring onion.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic and jahe for 4 minutes. Then add the shrimp, the corn, the potatoes, the kecipir, the celery, the nutmeg, the salt, the pepper and the broth and mix well.
Then cook until done. Then mix in the spring onion and serve.
