Rendang Basah Nangka
rendang of nangka in a creamy sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr nangka / jackfruit
250 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
200 ml of water
1 kunyit leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves
1 asam kandis
1 tbsp palm sugar
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 red lombok
2 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar, roasted
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
3 kemiri/candlenuts
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the nangka into 5 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix the nangka in a pan with the bumbu, the salam, the asam kandis, the palmsugar, the jeruk purut and the kunyit leaf. Add the water and cook the nangka over medium heat until halfdone.
Then add the coconut milk and cook the nangka until done and until the moisture is halved. Serve.
