Kangkung Masak Taoco
kangkung with taoco / taotjo and ikan teri

250 gr kangkung
3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
2 green lomboks
2 tablespoons taoco
1/4 teaspoon of palm sugar
50 gr ikan teri, fried
100 ml of water
1 tablespoon of oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the garlic and shallot into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into slanted rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, the shalot and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the taoco and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the kangkung and fry until soft. Then add the palm sugar and the water and cook well. Then mix in the ikan teri and serve.
