Bubuh Sumsum
Porridge of rice flour
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
800 ml coconut milk
100 gr rice flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 pandan leaves, crushed
Taburan:
garnish:
110 gr melted gula jawa (palm sugar)
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the flour with 400 ml coconut milk and add the pandan leaves to the other half and let it stand for 1 hour. Remove the pandan leaves and mix it with the other half. Bring to the boil and let it boil gently until its a smooth and thick porridge. Serve with palm sugar
