Bluder Sageru
sweet cake with palm wine

Bahan bahan:
500 g wheat flour
500 ml sageru/saguweer/palm wine
13 eggs
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
50 g milk powder
200 g palm sugar
250 g butter

Cara membaat:
Beat the palm sugar with the eggs. Mix the flour with the palm wine and knead it. Add enough water to make a homogeneous dough. Then mix the milk powder, butter and condensed milk and knead. Then add the egg mixture and knead it further into a homogeneous dough.
Grease a turban and add the dough and let it rise for 3 hours. Then bake it in an oven at 180 degrees until done. Serve.
