Kolak Goreng
baked compote

300 g Labu Kuning / pumpkin
300g banana
100 gr nangka / jackfruit
250 g wheat flour
50 g rice flour
20 g cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
50 g icing sugar
1 egg
500ml coconut milk
Bahan sauce:
sauce ingredients
200g palm sugar
1 pandan leaf
1/2 tsp salt
100 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Cut the labu, the banana, the jackfruit into pieces and mix with the flour, rice flour, corn flour, salt, icing sugar, egg and coconut milk to a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 30 portions.
Heat in a pan cooked enough oil and fry the kolak. Serve with the sauce.
cooking sauce:
Heat in a pan the ingredients for the sauce and cook gently until the sauce thickens.
