roasted fish in a fiery red sauce

1000 gr ikan kerapu (grouper, red bass)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
Bahan-bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
5 red lomboks
3 red rawits
6 cm jahe (ginger)
5 jeruk purut / kafir lime leaves
3 sereh (lemongrass)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the lomboks, the rawits and the ginger into a paste. Slice the jeruk purut and the sereh very fine and mix it with the paste. Clean the fish and rub it in with the limen juice, the salt and half of the sauce. Grill/roast the fish for 20 minutes above a charcoalfire until done. Serve the remaining sauce aside.
