spicy shrimp

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr prawns
400 ml of water
3 belimbing wuluh
1/2 tsp lemon juice
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
5 red rawits
1 tsp ketumbar, roasted
2 cm jahe
3 cm kunyit, roasted
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar

satay sauce
bawang goreng
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the prawns but leave the tail on. Cut the belimbing into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water and bring to the boil together with the bumbu.Add the prawns, the belimbing and lemon juice and cook it slowly until cooked and the liquid has evaporated.
Serve the shrimp with satay sauce and sprinkle with the bawang goreng.
