Lula Betawi
prime beef with coconut sauce

Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
600 gr entrecote
3 shallots
3 salam leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
200 ml santen (coconut milk)
5 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tsp jinten (cumin)
3 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
1 tbsp palmsugar
3 tbsp grated coconut

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the meat into cubes and rub it in with the bumbu. Cut the sahllots into thin slices.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat with the shallots and the salam for 10 minutes. Then add the santen, the salt and the pepper and let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked.
