Daging Masak Bali
spicy fried strips of beef

750 gr beef (lean)
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp asam water
1/2 tsp salt
250ml water
4 tbsp oil

4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
6 red lomboks
1/2 tsp terasi/trasi
6 cm jahe/ginger

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until the meat changes color.
Then add the kecap, the asam water and the water and cook over low heat and covered until the meat is tender. Then remove the lid from the pan and let it simmer until the liquid has almost evaporated.
Then mix in the palm sugar and salt and stir until the palm sugar is absorbed. Serve.
