Bola Daging Tumis Lada Hitam
meatballs in black pepper sauce

300 gr minced meat (beef)
2 tablespoons kecap manis
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
1 spring onion
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil

Cara Membuat:
Chop the garlic and cut the onion into thin strips. Cut the spring onion into pieces. Form of the minced meat amall balls. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Then add the balls and fry them until it changes color. Then add salt, pepper, palm sugar, kecap and oyster sauce and stir well. Then add the water and cook it slowly until done. Then spoon in the spring onion and serve.
