Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
100 gr kacang merah, cooked (aduki beans)
400 ml santen
100 ml coconut water
1 serehstengel
3 cm laos
3 jeruk purut
3 salam leaf
1 tsp asem
3 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
9 red chilies
9 shallots
5 red rawits
5 cloves garlic
1 tomato
3 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
5 kemirie/candlenuts
2 tsp ketumbar
2 tsp jinten
2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok / oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and cook until browned. Then add the santen, coconut water, lemon grass, the laos, the jeruk purut, the salam and the asem and cook the meat until done. When the sauce has thickened add the kacang merah and serve.
