Strange. The same recipe appears here from 2015: pretty much word for word, I thought you stated that all your recipes are original and not taken from other blogs on the web?

stuffed patties from Makassar

125g cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp hot oil
Bahan Isi:
Ingredients filling:
5 cloves garlic
200g minced beef
100g potatoes
100g carrots
50 g bean sprouts
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 stalks celery leaf
2 tablespoons oil
Bahan sambal:
sambal ingredients:
5 red chilies
3 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
40 ml of hot water
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Cara membuat:
Filling: Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Heat in a pan the water and cook the potatoes and carrots until done, then drain and cool. Mince the garlic and cut the celery finely. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the mince and fry it loose. Then add the potatoes, carrots, bean sprouts, the salt and palm sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the celery over it and stir well to combine.
Pie: Mix the ingredients for the pie into a smooth dough. Roll it out and cut 8cm circles out of it. Fill the circles with the stuffing and push it close to the edges (half moon).
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown. Serve with warm sambal
Sambal: Pound or grind the ingredients into a paste. Mix in the hot water, and then the vinegar.
