Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
10 chicken livers/stomachs
200 gr tempe
500 ml of water
3 jeruk purut
2 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
1500 ml kokosmlek
2 salam leaves
3 green chilies
2 red chilies
4 red rawit
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 cm laos
3 candlenuts
1 tsp ketumbar
3 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the liver and stomachs into pieces, the tempe into cubes and chop the chilies coarse and rawits very fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water and add the meat, the jeruk purut, the jahe and the salt and cook the meat, then drain.
Heat in a pan the coconut milk with the salam, the paste for 5 minutes. Add the tempe, the chilies, the rawits and the meat and cook slowly until tender.
