Phad Fak Thong Fried pumpkin with chicken (2pp) Ingrediënts: 40 gr. chicken breast 40 gr. yellow pumpkin 2 red chillies (rawits) 5 cloves of garlic 4 red basil leaves 2 tsp. fish sauce (nam pla) 1/2 tsp. cane sugar 1 tsp. oil Garnish: red rawits (chillies) Preparation/Method: Cut the chicken and the pumpkin in cubes. Pound the chillies and the garlic into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the rawits for 1 minute. Add the chicken and the pumpkin and fry it until its done. Add the fish sauce, the sugar and the basil leaves and fry it for 1 minute. Garnish it with rawits.
