Kao Noom Fuktong Nerng steamed pumkin ingredients: 225 gr steamed pumkin 100 gr rice flour 100 ml coconut milk 4 tbsp palmsugar salt to taste garnish: 3 tbsp grated coconut preperation/method: Mash the pumkin into a paste/pulp. Mix the pulp with the flour, the salt, the palmsugar and the coconut milk. Pour the mixture in a small cake tin and steam it until its cooked. Garnish it with the coconut and serve.
