Pad Phak Ruam Mitr fried vegetables Ingredients: 4 cloves garlic 225 gr broccoli 125 gr cauliflower 1 shallot 125 gr carrots 1/2 red bell pepper 50 gr flagolets / snow peas 50 gr mushrooms 2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp palmsugar 1 paksoy 3 tbsp water 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp chili oil (see recipe) garnish: 1/2 tsp pepper preperation/method: Chop the garlic and cut the vegetables in various slices. Heat in a wok the oils and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the cauliflower, the broccoli and the water and saute for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and fry it until cooked but crispy. Sprinkle the pepper on top en serve.
