Jok Het Horm Rice and Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: 150 gr rice 4 shitake musrooms 500 ml chicken stock (see recipe) water
garnish: 1 tbsp fried garlic chopped coriander chopped ginger
Preparation/method: Soak the mushrooms for 10 minuten and cut them into strips. Heat in a pan the stock and cook the rice until its is mush. Add the mushrooms and cook it for 5 minutes. Garnish the soup with the fried garlic, the ginger and the coriander
