Tom Yum Taleh hot and sour spicy fish soup Ingredients: 750 ml water 2 lemon grass 4 cloves garlic, crushed 2 small squid 450 gr mackarel 125 gr shrimp/gamba's 2 limes (juice) 4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves 5 red rawits (small chilies) 2 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp fishsauce (nam pla) 1 tomato Preperation/method: Cut the squid and the mackarel into pieces. clean the shrimps but leave the tails intact. Cut the tomato into small parts and the rawits into pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the lemon grass, the garlic and the salt and let it boil for 4 minutes. Then add the quid and the mackarel and cook it for 2 more minutes. then add the shrimps, the lime juice, the jerut purut, the rawits, the fishsauce and the tomato and let it simmer for 5 minutes then serve.
