Nam Pla Prig chili fish sauce Ingredients: 4 red rawits 1 shallot 2 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce) 1/4 lime (juice) Preparation/method: Cut the shallot into thin slices and the rawits fine. Mix all ingredients well together and let it stand for at least 15 minutes before serving.
