Yum Ta Kai Spicy salad of meat, shrimp and lemon grass Ingredients: 2 lemon grass 2 small red onions 10 gr. coriander leaves 3 Garlic Cloves 5 red rawits (chillies) 2 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla) 1 tbsp lime juice 1/2 tsp palmsugar 100 gr pork meat 10 large shrimps (gamba's) water Preparation/Method: Shell the shrimps and clean them. Cut the meat in small squares. Heat the water in a pan and cook the meat and the shrimps for 1 minute. Slice the onions, the coriander leaves and the lemongrass very thinly. Pount the garlic and the rawits into a paste. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
