Pa Chorn Sam Rort Ingredients: 200 gr firm fish oil ingredients sauce: 5 red lomboks 4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp oystersauce 2 tbsp palmsugar 1 tbsp kecap asin 2 tbsp oil preparation/method: Cut the fish intio thick slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the fish golden brown and crunchy. Drain the fish. Put the fish on a plate (cascaded) and pour the sauce on top and serve. Preparation/method sauce: Pound the garlic and the lomboks fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the lomboks and the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook it slowly until the palmsugar has dissolved.
