Mu Pad Karlum Fried vegetables with pork
Ingredients: 150 gr pork filet 100 gr cabbage ½ red bell pepper 1 red rawit 1 shallot 3 cloves garlic ½ tsp white pepper 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp keca asin 1 tbsp oyster sauce ½ tsp palmsugar 2 tbsp water 3 tbsp oil preparation/method: Slice the garlic and the rawit fine. Slic the cabbage, the bell pepper and the shallot into strips. Slice the meat into small cubes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the rawit for 1 minute. Then add the meat and fry it brown. Add the cabbage, the bell pepper and the shallot and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the fishsacue, the kecap, the oyser sauce, the palmsugar and the water and fry it for 2 minutes, then serve
