Bla-muk tod Gatiem fried squid wiht garlic ingredients: 100 gr squid 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp white pepper 2 tbsp kecap asin 1 tbsp fishsauce 6 tbsp oil preperation/method: 100 gr squid 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp white pepper 2 tbsp kecap asin 1 tbsp fishsauce 6 tbsp oil preperation/method: Clean the squid and cut it into pieces. Chop the garlic fine and mix it with the pepper, the squid, the kecap and the fish sauce. Heat in a wok the oil and fry it for 3 minutes.
