Pud Ped Sataw Tiger prawns with stink beans
Ingredients: 125 gr tiger prawns 125 gr stink beans 1 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe) 1 tbsp fish sauce 2 tsp palmsugar 1 tbsp oil Preperation/method: Heat in a wok the oil and fry the curry paste for 2 minutes. Add the stink beans and fry them for 1 minute. Then add the prawns and fry them nearly done. Then add the palmsugar and the fishsauce and fry the prawns until done
