Koa Rad Nha Guong Sauce Garthream fried prawns/shrimp in garlicsauce Ingredients: 150 gr tiger prawns / shrimps 6 cloves garlic 1 tbsp kecap mamis (dark sweet soy sauce) 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp corn starch 100 ml water preperation/method: Clean the prawns. Chop the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for a few seconds. Add the kecap and the oystersauce and cook it for 1 miute. Then add the pranws and fry it for 30-45 seconds. Mix the corn starch with the water and add it and fry it for 1 minute until the sauce has thickened.
