Squid Pad Ki Mao spicy fried squid rings ingredients: 500 gr spuid tubes 11 rawits 1 head garlic 4 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce) 3 tsp palmsugar 9 jerk purut / kaffir lime leaves 2 sprigs basil ( 9 basil leaves) preperation/method: Cut the tubes into rings. Pound or grind the rawits and the garlic into a coarse paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 2 minutes. Add the squid and fry it not well done. Add the palmsugar and the nampla followed by the jerut purut and the basil. Fry it for 3 more minutes and serve.
