Koa Mu Ap Gapi Mor Din spicy rice with pork Ingredients: 4 tbsp rice 4 tbsp red rice 100 gr belly pork 1 tsp oil water Bumbu: 2 dried lomboks (large chilies) 2 tsp trasi (shrimp paste) 7 cloves garlic 7 red shallots 4 tbps santen asli (thick coconut milk) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp palmsugar 2 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla) 1/2 tsp white pepper) Preperation/method: Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown. Add the paste and fry it for 30 seconds. Add the rice and so much water that it is 1 cm above the rice and cook it slowly done.
