Pad Mu Grop Tua Gnaw Crunchy pork with bean sprouts
Ingredients: 150gr bean sprouts 75 gr fatty por with a rind 5 garlic cloves 1/4 tsp white pepper 2 tbsp fish sauce 2 tbsp kecap asin 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp water oil for deep frying water for cooking
preperation/method: Cook the meat for 5 minutes in water. Dry it . Heat in a pan the oi and fry the meat crunchy. Cut it into pieces. Slice the garlic fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the meat and the remaining ingredients and fry it for 30 seconds and serve.
