Kra Dook Nu Yang Roasted spare ribs
Ingredients: 500 gr spare ribs 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp black pepper corns 3 tbsp kecap asin 1 tsp salt 2 tsp kecap mansi 2 tbsp honey 3 tbsp fish sauce preparation/method: Cut the ribs into pieces. Pound or grind the garlic and the pepper fine into a paste. Mix all ingredients well together and marinate the ribs with it for at least 8 hour. Roast the ribs for 30 minutes slowly above a charcoal fire until done. Baste the ribs regularly with the marinate while roasting.
