Ingredients:
500 gr porkfilet/loin
2 tbsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp chinese 5 spices

Preperation/method:
Cut the meat in 4 thick slices. Mix the ingredients and marinate the meat for at least 1 hour. Preheat an oven at 180degrees and bak/grill the meat for 1 hour. Them meat will turn reddish.
