Khao Neeo Dahm Polamai Sticky rice with fruit
Ingredients: 175 gr white sticky rice 175 gr black sticky rice 350 ml water 1 tsp tapioca starch 2 tbsp palm sugar ½ tsp salt 240 ml coconut milk red fruit
preparation/method: Soak the rice for 12 hours, drain and mix it. Steam the rice half done. Add the rice with the water and cook it for 12 minutes until done. Mix some water with the tapioca the form a paste and stir it through the rice together with the palm sugar. Ladle the rice on plates and pour the coconut milk on top. Serve it with the red fruits.
