Kluay Tod fried bananas Ingredients: 8 small bananas 175 gr riceflour 60 gr tapioca flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp palmsugar 1 tsp salt 125 ml grated coconut 225 ml water oil preperation/method: Mix all the ingredients except the bananas and the oil into a thick batter. Cut the bananas lengthwise into 4 slices. Cover the bananas with the batter. Heat in a wok the oil and deep fry the bananas until golden brown. Let the bananas drain on paper towels before serving.
