Koa Mook Gai chicken curry (2pp) ingredients: 400 ml chicken stock 200 gr chicken 350 gr rice 1 tsp yellow curry paste (see recipe) 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp thick coconut milk (santen asli) 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cinnamon preperation/method: Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken for 10 minutes. Add the curry paste, the cinnamon, the salt and the coconut milk and fry it for 2 minutes. Add the rice and the stock and cook it on low heat until the rice is cooked and all liquids are absorbed.
