Sate Telur Puyuh Satay quail eggs
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 30 quail eggs 2 tbsp oil water satay skewers
Haluskan: Bumbu: 3 cloves garlic 5 red shallots (small) 6 rode lomboks 50 gr palmsuiker 1 cm jahe (ginger) 1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Heat in a pan the water an boil the eggs hard. Let them cool down and peel them. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and fry them slowly so that the bumbu seeps into the eggs. Put the eggs on the skewers and serve.
