Tahu Gegodo Fried tahu/tofu
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 250 gr tahu/tofu 50 gr anchovy 1 thin leek 50 gr fliur 1 egg 1 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaf 1/2 onion 100 ml water salt to tast oil Haluskan: Bumbu: 1/2 tsp ketubar (coriander) 4 cloves garlic Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Slice the onion, the leek and the jeruk purut fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tahu in 5 cm long pieces. Mix all ingredients well together and coat the tahu with it. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve
