Tempe Penyet Fried tempé with spicy tomato salsa
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 150 gr tempe 2 red lomboks 8 red rawits 2 tsp trasi ½ salt 1 tomato 1 tsp lime juice oil Taburan: Garnish: Kemangi Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Cut the tomato into thin slices. Pound or grind the lomboks, the rawits, the trasi, the salt and the lime juice fine into a paste. Mix the tomato with the paste. Cut the tempein slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tempegolden brown and drain them. Put the tomato salsa on top of the tempe and garnish it with kemangi and serve.
