Tempe goreng fried soybean cake with spicy sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 250 gr tempe (fermented soybean cake) 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt 6 tbsp oil Bahan-bahan saus: ingrediënts sauce: 2 lomboks (long chili peppers) 1/4 tsp trassi bakar (shrimp paste) 2 tomatoes Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the tempe in slices. Cut the garlic very fine and mix it with the salt. Rub the tempe in withe the mixture. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tempe in 3 minuten golden brown. Pound the ingredients for the sauce fine into a paste. Serve the tempe with the sauce.
