Wong Dadah balinese mushroom soup Bahan-bahan; ingredients: 200 gr base jakut (see recipe) 250 gr shi-take mushrooms 600 chickenstock (see recipe) 1 sereh (lemongrass) 3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves 250 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk) salt to taste pepper to taste 2 tbsp oil Taburan; garnish; 2 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the mushrooms into pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the base for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the stock, the sereh and the jeruk purut and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the santen and let it simmer slowly for 5 minutes. Stir in the salt and the pepper and garnish it with the bawang goreng.
