Sop Kenarie beefstock with kenari nuts bahan-bahan: ingredients: 250 gr beef 200 gr kenari nuts (otherwise almonds) 200 gr rice 6 eggs 50 ml coconut vream or 75 ml thick coconut milk 1000 ml water 3 pcs mace salt to taste Cara membuat: preperation/method: Cut the meat in pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and let it simmer slowly for 1 hour until the meat is tender. Pound or grind the kenaries fine and mix it with the coconutcream. Add this to the stock together with the rice and let it simmer slowly until the rice is cooked. In the meantim boil the eggs hard and mince them. Add it to the stock with the salt and the mace. When everything is cooked then serve.
