Soto Babat beef tripe soup Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 600 gr beef tripe 250 gr beef 3000 ml water 1000 ml beef broth/stock 2 cm ginger 5 cloves garlic 1 tbsp rice vinegar 200 gr daikon radish / rettich garnish: 5 sprigs celery leaves 1 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Heat in a pan 1000 ml water and boil the beef slowly until tender. Cut the beef in small cubes. Heat in a pan 2000 ml water and add the tripe. Let in simmer slowly for 2 hour until tender. Cut the tripe in small pieces. Cut the ginger, the garlic fine and the daikon/rettich into small cubes or slices. Heat in a pan the beef broth/stock all the ingrediënts and let it simmer slowly until the daikon/rettich is soft. Put the soup in bowls and garnish it with bawang goreng en chopped celery
