Tumis Labu Siam Dengan Udang Fried chayote with shrimps
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 3 labu siam(chayote) 200 gr shrimps/prawns 100 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk) 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil Haluskan: Bumbu: 6 shallots 3 cloves garlic 2 red lomboks 6 ebi 1 tomato Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Peel the labu siamand cut in into thin strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the shrimps and fry them for 2 minutes. Add the labu siamand fry them nearly cooked. Then add the salt and the santen and let it cook slowly until all is cooked.
